Save yourself….. I now have two broken units. It has been four weeks that I first notified customer service that the cooler stopped working and after a week of “waiting for the engineers” I had to engage the supervisor who knew nothing of the broken unit. After they shipped me a return box (which I sent out same day) and it’s been 3 weeks of waiting for a new unit. I have a second plunge at my other location that broke a few weeks before, luckily this was just the pump which they sent me a new one…. After several videos back... read more
