Worst customer service I have I ever had. I oversee several locations at a large commercial gym with 78 locations. This was a test pilot where we purchased 2 units. Less than 6 months in both units are having water flow issues and water temp issues. It took 2 weeks to get anyone to return my call. Even then no urgency and solution. Texting a guy named Matt who rarely responds and definitely has no solutions to help me. Last response was he is waiting on engineers. Save yourself….. I now have two broken units. It has been four weeks that I first notified customer service that the cooler stopped working and after a week of “waiting for the engineers” I had to engage the supervisor who knew nothing of the broken unit. After they shipped me a return box (which I sent out same day) and it’s been 3 weeks of waiting for a new unit. I have a second plunge at my other location that broke a few weeks before, luckily this was just the pump which they sent me a new one…. After several videos back... read more
