My mother and I have been going to Rachel for over 15 years. When Covid happened I cut my own hair for a while, then I tried finding another hair stylist that was closer to me. Nope. No one does it quite like Rachel. She always does such a perfect job, her and her whole staff are always friendly and welcoming!

I wouldn't let anyone else in Ottawa touch my hair!! This family owned business is not only very responsive (quick turn around time!) but incredibly warm and welcoming to all people, hair types and budgets. I got my hair dyed and trimmed last week. To have my hair done EXACTLY the way I want is a breath of fresh air! 5/5
