I had my floors done in Epoxy. The design came out absolutely beautiful. All products came from XPS. Then they put the T200 on and they Orange peeled and looked awful. My installed drove to Jacksonville and met the person that helped develop the product. He spent most of the day there learning a technique they recommended to fix it. Which also resulted in purchasing $5805 more of their product. They told him he had to sand down my floors with 80 grit and add more clear Epoxy and then put the T200 on again using the wet mop m... read more

Absolutely terrible customer service! Every time it’s the same lady with the worst attitude and has the worst customer service. I highly recommend Simiron to get everything you need. Tom is a fantastic guy and will get you taken care of over there. I’ve never had a good experience at Xps
