Sent an email after our initial phone call and did not respond. Called a second time and Jay told me he was just getting back into town, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I sent multiple emails after and did not respond. Would not send a mock up design, would not answer any of my questions. Terrible customer service.

I've been working with Bryan for two years now to have sweaters and tshirts made for my hospital unit and he is always great to work with. The prices are very reasonable and they do quality work. I've ordered multiple times now and he is always so accommodating and helpful. I've recommended Xpromo to a couple different people now and will continue to do so.
