Got here around 1:40pm on a Wednesday in October. I have a priority pass via Chase Sapphire Reserve card membership, and was offered a complimentary 30-minute massage on the chair in the back room. Very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly. You need to take shoes off and wear their feet covers for the massage chair. It was heated as well and felt great on the back. Didn't have to spend any time waiting.
Deirdre and Karen brought me back to life with an incredibly affective massage and a relaxing manicure, truly a moment of relief and care in an unexpected place. 10/10 thank you so much
This location turns away service for the entire last hour of being open, may as well change the hours of operation. Retail only for the last hour so plan accordingly.
Little piece of heaven in the SLC Airport The manager and staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I got a neck and back massage that felt so good that I went back for another when my flight got delayed! Great place to destress before your flight ♂️ TEN STARS
Came twice on 2 different occasions to use my Priority Pass benefits. First time they said there was a 4 hour wait. Second time they said they didn't have the staff to do it even though there were 2 of them both not doing anything. Very disappointed.
