Hallie Potter was extremely helpful and I had a great experience. She went out of her way to make the experience comfortable and I'll definitely be back!
Apparently they don't believe in lines at this location. I waited in line patiently. They let two women skip ahead of me and then told me there's an 75 min wait after I finally got to the front.
This was excellent. I was transiting via SLC on an international flight to run a marathon so getting a full body massage on a seat in a quiet room/environment was great. No wait and 30 min covered by my priority pass. I have multiple priority passes so the first one I tried from AmEx was not included but the BOA one was.
They do not have any intent to honor Priority Pass. They have a permanent sign saying zero gravity is not available and if you ask them, they simply lie and tell it is just at that time service is not available due to one or another reason. I have tried this location a few times over past few weeks but the same situation. So, ended up writing this.
Nini did a fantastic job for a 20 minute massage. I let her know what was bothering me and she worked really hard to help me feel some relief. She even did some education after.
