Amazing service!! Did the zero gravity chair and the guy was super attentive and helpful.
Convenient and quick for those with layovers @ MCO. The pedi was much needed and allowed me to return home with a fresh look!
I stopped in for a 20 min hand massage for just my neck and shoulders. The lady massaged me for 10 min then turned on the chair massager and walked off. She never came back and was helping other customers. So at 15 min I got up to pay. $65!!!!! What a SCAM!!!! Relaxers beware!!! Not cool at all. 🤨
I expected to pay too much for average quality, but this is unacceptable. One nail already has the gel peeling and the rest had horrible coverage. I’m going to have to freaking redo them myself when I land unless I’m ok with walking around with jacked nails.
At the gate 1-29 location. My first time ever going to an XpresSpa and certainly my last. I showed the lady my priority pass app, she marked it down on a piece of paper and helped set me up for a massage chair. Asked a couple questions turned the chair on, put the remote out of reach, and then walked away. After about 60 seconds, the chair had rotated 90 degrees back and was causing me immense pain.
