This company is an absolute rip off. They bill my insurance $285 and send me a $75 bill for "my share". You can purchase the EXACT SAME puppy nebulizer kit for $40 online. Ridiculous...
Worst ever
Billed my primary insurance wrong. Expect me to foot the bill.Their billing manager stated that it didn't matter that the insurance was billed to the wrong php office. It does matter as I don't live in Texas..I live in Indiana. Also tried to state that I didn't have active insurance.
What a terrible business! Insurance has told them time and time again that I owe them nothing. They have received phone calls from my insurance stating such, and have been sent a letter to CEASE BILLING! They continue to bill me. I'm not paying for something I don't owe on. The woman working in the billing department is condescending and rude. Not the kind of person who should be working in that line of work. If you don't like people find another job!
