Wait time is unbelievable. This is my second attempt at receiving services here. It speaks to the manner in which patients in thr black community are treated by some provders. I'll never return to this facility for services. In this modern age this service is rediculious

This was my first visit to Xpress Urgent Care, and I was truly impressed by the kindness of the staff, from the front desk to the medical assistant, Christy. While I hope I don’t need to visit again, if I ever do, this will be my go-to place for care.
I recently had an emergency procedure where Nurse Practitioner Jeanine Jean Francois had to remove the toenail from my big toe following an accident. I cannot express enough how exceptional my experience was under her care. NP Jean Francois demonstrated remarkable skill throughout this challenging procedure.
