Not Recommended I went to this urgent care because I suspected I had a broken toe. Before going in, I called to confirm they had an X-ray machine, which they did. They took the X-ray but then told me they did not have someone available to read it and that they would call me with the results. Hours passed and I never received a call. As they were closing, I called the clinic myself and was told that the X-ray showed my toe was not broken and that it was probably a sprain. GABRIELA BELCHIOR treated me, a new patient , at the XPRESS URGENT CARE in DEERFIELD BEACH today . I am overly impressed with the high level of professionalism,compassion, competence, patience, kindness and determination to provide the best medical help to make me feel better. Zariyah At the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. She lacks the basic customer service skills; Good morning, how May I help…As I walk into the door, she says go sign in at the kiosk. After signing in, I proceed to ask questions about a copay. She over talks me, with a very abrasive condescending tone, to the point I can’t get in a word at all.
