Extremely unprofessional. I called at 6:50pm and was told there was 2 people in the waiting room and advised I would be there in 10 minutes. I arrived by 7pm and was denied service due to them closing at 8pm after I just spoke to someone. The receptionist Maria Cordona couldn’t tell me who I spoke to and said she would ask the provider (Barbra Suarez) if I could be seen which she probably didn’t. Pésimo servicio. Tenía mis tarjetas del seguro médico vencidas y no quisieron aceptarme las digitales ya que no me habían llegado las nuevas en físico. La asistente ni siquiera se tomó la molestia en verlas a pesar de que era una emergencia. Toca denunciarlos
Express Urgent care at 2550 Simpson RD Kissimmee. I guess I came at a bad day yesterday sunday.i called and the receptionist was in other words telling me not to come it was 3 0clock and they close at 4.when I got there she made me feel that I was bothering her .she was rude and made me feel very helpless .I didn't say nothing because, I was not feeling well .the nurse and doctor were great. the receptionist needs a customer service education.thats not how you treat others .
