I saw the nurse practitioner there and she wasn’t helpful at all. I didn’t like her bedside manner and there seemed to be a lack of knowledge on her part. This is my first and last time going there. I do not recommend this place.
It was awful. I stood st the front desk for 15 mins before someone came to help me and that was after I called for someone. It was hot and stuffy and there was a dead roach on the ground. We didn't even see a Dr
The PA wrote a bad prescription and CVS couldn’t fill it without clarifying the instructions. Xpress urgent care made no attempt to rectify the situation unless I went back for another visit (meaning I pay them more).
Front desk girl was not friendly, took her time getting up to get to the window. She looked very bored. Customer service wasn’t her strength. The wait was nearly an hour…and there was only one other person there! PA prescribed me an OTC med I was already taking - which I said wasn’t working. Felt like a waste of time.
