I've been coming here for the last two years and Mike including this company has created issues with the IRS holding my refund, and Mike has changed pricing on me for simple services of doing my taxes, please go to another company and save yourself the issues with the IRS that can happen to you by choosing xpress tax service and doing business with Mike. I would give Mike and xpress tax service a negative -10 review if I could. Go to a more trustworthy location, I wish I did.
Save yourself a headache and read my review please. I've been going to xpress tax services now for 3 years my first year went ok. Mike the main character was nice at first and later got rude and dodgey really quick. After my second year of filing with express tax services the IRS put a hold on my tax refunds and Mike will not return phone calls nor do anything to help, I regret coming here for the last 3 years, moreover Mike also changes up pricing on his cut of the deal by doing your taxes.
