I got a neck and shoulder massage in the chair from Roberto (now I am second guessing his name, but he is a giant man with an accent). He and his colleague were without a receptionist so they were massaging but also doing customer service. The young Filipino-American gentleman with glasses was really kind and conscientious. As someone frequently in Harry Reid airport who likes buffer time before flights I love the convenience of an airport pedicure with massage chairs. When I have been able to get a pedicure at one of these locations I enjoy it. However I would caution folks before walking to the location to call and verify where it is ( lots of wrong gates listed in reviews online) and also ask if they have availability. Nice XpresSpa spot. Used my Priority Pass for a free massage chair. Great way to refresh before the flight.
Operating hours are wrong on Google
So sad this wasn’t open until 11 on Sunday night. Got there about 10:15 and they were closed :(
