When I showed up he lectured me about how it takes 30 minutes for his machine to warm up and calibrate and I should have called first. I took back my smog paperwork, drove to Roadside Drive Smog (DRIVEN) off of Kanan Road and they were professional and finished my smog in 10 minutes and $19.99 cheaper. Xpress smog has so many poor reviews for a reason.
