Was great until you try to cancel your lease. Good luck getting ahold of anyone. I gave 3 weeks notice (they only ask for 10 days) and they still try to charge your card. 3+ emails, 2 phone calls (one voicemail and one with a live rep that CONFIRMED my lease would be canceled and I wouldn't be charged) and they still tried to charge me. Terrible and unethical customer service.
Terrible company. Self service Keosk is confusing, customer service is horrible. They charged me an extra month and refused to refund me. I will never use this storage unit again.
Great storage facility. It's nice to be able to drive in to unload and load a truck.... no worry about the weather. Climate control is nice too, if you have papers, documents, etc. in storage. Kathy, the Houghton Manager was great to work with. I would have given it 5 stars, except for the auto-repair/paint shop next door. Dust and fumes were in the air.
