Aileen was so kind, patient and very helpful. She made everything quick and comfortable. I really appreciate the great service she provided.
The staff is very nice and patient even with me when I had difficult veins. I do recommend setting an appointment rather than going for a walk-in, appointments will take priority over walk-ins.

Xpress Pro Labs in Morton Grove Il is absolutely fantastic for its service and professionalism. Aileen Payoyo is an incredible phlebotomist. No pain and quick. It's the easiest blood draw experience I've ever had.
Aileen is superb, very much talented, super helpful and this is a place I will come over and over again for all my blood tests et al.
