They serviced my pool for over a year. The low rating is attributed to their inability to understand or admit something they did wrong. I had air the in cleaniing system about a year ago. They originally said it was not their problem. Turns out the problem occured when they cleaned the filter in the Cleaner System and not securing it properly. We have had Xpress Pool Service as our pool maintenance company for over 8 years. Pat and Carrie do a phenomenal job caring for our outdoor oasis! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Southwest Valley!

They are extremely responsive with any questions I have had or things I've requested to be done. Their weekly service is priced very well, and they do an amazing job! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Owner will talk down to you and guys who service the pools lie. They told me I took my pool cleaner out of the pool. Hummm funny how the disk was separated from the hose the day before. I never touched it but (Pat the owner) said he received a picture from his guy once I asked for proof he couldn’t provide it, so I said It must have jumped out.
