In response to the owners comment - it is not a fake review at all. The work was satisfactory (as far as we know based upon a brief test upon completion) but the overall customer service is exactly why it’s a 1*. What exactly do you mean what goes around comes around? That’s an extremely concerning statement for any business to make. It seems you are now threatening a previous customer.

No response to 2 calls despite leaving a message. Poor service
Appointment made and never kept. No contact to advise unable to attend. Had to ring up to chase, no apology and completely unreliable unprofessional cowboy outfit. Do not use.
Fantastic service, really friendly and polite man who's gone above and beyond to help fix my gas heating. I would highly recommend this company and will be using their services in future.
