We contracted XpressOutdoors to roof our patio. We had an excellent experience in dealing with them. The initial quote process was handled online - and we had a quote within 24 hours. We paid the deposit. Kym at XpressOutdoors gave us the date for the work & arranged a preconstruction visit for the final measurements. We recently had Xpress Outdoors put up a new patio and new garage, both gable. We were extremely happy with the professionalism of Kym, Regan and their team. Regan was willing to listen to what we wanted them to achieve and also happy to give us good advise. We would definitely recommend Xpress Outdoors.
Xpress Outdoors have transformed my patio area. Regan and his team installed my skillet patio in 3 days with no issues, the area was left tidy every day and I’m thrilled with the final product. Highly recommended!
We got what we asked for, a well built patio strong enough for the conditions here. Great install team who tidied up after they were done and easy to deal with customer service, was like we were dealing with old friends really.
Would not use this company ever. My neighbours had a front patio built, most dodgy job ever, measurements incorrect so the finished job was awful. Made to pay up front $4300 for a job that was $4800, so no comeback when they said they were not happy. I wouldn't even give 1 star.
