I love riding with them they are always super nice towards me and friendly but they are some times few minutes late but I enjoy riding with them

We were at Walmart today. This lady driving this car was literally honking and trying to hit my car while we were shopping with my kids and wife. She was so aggressive my kids were scared to go into the store. They need definitely better training, and also I can’t imagine she treated their customers any different than we were treated today. To approach my vehicle cussing and screaming is completely unprofessional and ridiculous.

Wayne and Troy the driver's that pick me up are the best thing you guys have going. Nov 13 your just left me waiting had to get another company come get me from dialysis. Pick up time 10:15 I never get picked up on time.
