Ruined my nail bed, ridges are permanent!!!! Badly damaged and burned,,, very rude technician! Very young non verbal and did not communicate at ALL!!! I will never ever never go back!!!!!! Disgudting!! She actually shoved and pushed my hand under the lamp!
