Ruined my nail bed, ridges are permanent!!!! Badly damaged and burned,,, very rude technician! Very young non verbal and did not communicate at ALL!!! I will never ever never go back!!!!!! Disgudting!! She actually shoved and pushed my hand under the lamp!
Been trying to make an appointment for weeks now and when i call it goes to voicemail. Today I got a text reply saying she is unavailable until October (my groupon expires in august). seriously? unprofessional and waste of money. thanks for nothing, how do i get my money back..
