very bad experience and utter failure service and indecent behaviour
poor service and arrogant nature
I had my car diagnosed at MyCar Auto and received a quote of $1800 for a clutch replacement. I then contacted Xpress Lube, who claimed they could repair it cheaper. I left my car there, but they found a cylinder problem. I told them not to repair it, but they charged me $30 per day for four days, totaling $120. They also charged an extra $88 for a diagnosis, even though I had already been diagnosed by MyCar Auto, and they were aware of that.
