Overall, the service was good. I believe they took care of my service requests in a timely manner. My only issue was part of their "full service" extras, specifically the cleaning of my front windshield. I was a bit irritated that after I left, I noticed that my window was smudged so bad that I had a difficult time seeing out the window when the sun was shining on it.
