Came here for a cheap & quick oil change using a Groupon. While the oil change was fine, it was not “express” as it took more than an hour. During this time, I was left to sit in a waiting room that was swelteringly hot. The worst part, however, was the laundry list of things that were suggested to be “wrong” with my car. The suggested work totaled more than $1k and was grossly overpriced and largely superfluous. Apparently there is a new person in charge who doesnt understand or care about what express or appointment means. I been going here for quite some time now . Id pull up at my appointment time keys turned over car goes back 20 to 30 minutes later i pay and leave. Today I show up on time, the shop is very unorganized it was like a surprise I showed up yet I made a appointment.
