Came in for oil change and watched my car sit for 30 mins . I asked worker what was taking so long. He replied he was grinding rough areas on the oil plug. He damaged the plug with vise grips and tried to hide the damage. The Mgr said it wasn't damaged just needed to be grinded. He finally said he needed to purchase new plug. My car had to stay overnight . When car was ready today(Saturday) they tried to charge me for the plug they damaged. No apologies no customer service. they were so rude and terrible. i came in distressed due to my car shutting off and he acted as if i was bothering him. this was a terrible experience.
Can't even do an oil change right. I sent in my car for a simple oil change to save some time. They tightened the hell out of the filter housing and didn't lubricate the gasket. Take your car literally anywhere else.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE. I am just a college girl who was in need of a trustworthy mechanic and was scammed mercilessly!!! They charged me an outrageous price for shitty work as well as old parts. They knew I wasn’t sure about what’s wrong and didn’t even do the work right. The wires was tapped poorly and connected with the wrong material. terrible work for an expensive price.
