I usually go to Walmart for my oil changes since it’s cheaper, but they don’t top off all the other fluids like my power steering or windshield washer fluid. PLEASE READ!!! Read all the negative comments on this page! The customers are not lying! I was skeptical on coming here and I truly regret coming to them. They took advantage of me and took my money in a bind. Very horrible business with no ethics. Will charge you unnecessary and still not resolve the issue. Inexperienced, unethical and a complete waste of time. Save yourself the hassle and find a better shop to take care of you and your vehicle.
Came in for oil change and watched my car sit for 30 mins . I asked worker what was taking so long. He replied he was grinding rough areas on the oil plug. He damaged the plug with vise grips and tried to hide the damage. The Mgr said it wasn't damaged just needed to be grinded. He finally said he needed to purchase new plug. My car had to stay overnight . When car was ready today(Saturday) they tried to charge me for the plug they damaged. No apologies no customer service. they were so rude and terrible. i came in distressed due to my car shutting off and he acted as if i was bothering him. this was a terrible experience.
