Was promised to be the first passenger in a brand new Range Rover limo that fit 13 people, however when the limo showed up at 8:01PM (technically late) and the doors were opened, door moldings had fallen off and there were scuff marks on the TVs, LED bulbs were out of sequence or not working correctly at all.
