Pleasant environment, received my item in the time the employees said I would, well cleaned. The online call system from the main website, was ridiculous. I was on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up and researched another way to get ahold of the store.
I have been coming to this facility ever since they open, I have been out a couple of months because I had major surgery. I came in today to use the facility and I was told that I couldn’t use the bathroom .That is very disappointing because it’s OK for me to use your facility to wash my clothes, but it’s not OK to use your bathroom. I had to get in my vehicle and drive down the road to use the bathroom leaving my clothes unattended in the laundromat I don’t think that’s fair to the customers that patronize your business.
