I travel for work. Xpress Laundry is one of the best wash and fold places in the country! My clothes were folded, organized and returned back to me in a very cool bag!!! The customer service was over the top!!! They went above and beyond, including making sure my clothes were not washed in Tide because of my allergic reaction to it. I will be returning next week to have to my washed again!!!
We had a king size quilt that needed laundering which we couldn’t do at home and brought to Xpress Laundromat. They were so very helpful; they listened to exactly what we wanted, then clearly communicated price and expected time of delivery. They also called and texted with information, which we also appreciated. We will use them again.
Clean place and the staff are always nice. But raising the prices recently ensured that I won't return. Montgomery now has multiple new laundromats. You should be unique and have value, without trying to price compete. $2 for an extra rinse cycle is outrageous.
Tons of machines of various sizes. Clean, change machines or scan and pay with charge card.
