I took a package to xpressit in locust that needs to go to Spectrum. Fed x sent me a shipping label on my phone in the form of a barcode . The employee working there said he wasn't allowed to scan a fed x barcode . He said I had to take the package to a fed x location 25 miles away. If you're not allowed to scan a fed x barcodes to get a shipping label , then why are you in business? After doing this review , I emailed the fed x barcode to a local UPS store . They were able to produce a shipping label in about 1 minute .

Amazing! Staff were so friendly and helpful! The owner helped with any confusion! I would highly recommend! Thanks to Xpress-It I don’t have to drive to the UPS store it is so much closer!

I’ve used them twice now for scanning and printing docs. The printing prices were on the high end but good quality so I figure you get what you pay for. I am leaving them 5 stars because the guy who who helped me is amazing. Super sweet young man. While I was there, a guy was sending a scooter back to Amazon and the young man was helping him dismantle the scooter to fit in the box. You won’t find that type of service just anywhere. It was busy in there. The young man stayed calm and polite to everyone.

I've been using Xpress It for years, since before they moved from the Food Lion shopping center to inside Medical Pharmacy. They have always been friendly and helpful! They've saved me so many long trips to the nearest UPS Store. UPS does have other local businesses listed on their website for drop off, but I've had issues with them not having working equipment and such. Never had a problem with Xpress It! Thank you so much! 🥰

I had a large package that required to be returned, the girl at the counter said she could not except the package that large. I explained to her that Amazon recommended me to drop it off at that location, and when I presented her the barcode to print the label she said they don’t have that capability.
