Very quick to respond and very helpful throughout the whole process
We had our AC go out on a hot Texas day and our warranty service company was gonna make us wait days until they could show up, so I called Xpress heating and air and spoke to the owner Craig who really came through for us! They came out the same day super fast, explained everything and went right to work. These guys fixed not only the main issue but the underlying problems that were causing it! Sam and Emily were so easy to work with. They are great people and provided amazing service. They had our a/c replaced within 24 hours of contacting them. I would definitely recommend Xpress Heating & Air for any of your HVAC needs. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
They were effective at diagnosing the problems and replacing a seized compressor. Very accommodating to my schedule and great to work with.
Sam with Xpress Heating was absolutely fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, reliable, and truly went above and beyond for us. I called them after 4 p.m. on a weekday, and they were able to come out for a service call that same day, which is incredibly rare in Galveston.
