they sent a guy out who said the issue was the sediment trap despite the gas flowing, asked if this would fix the problem with the furnance not working, they said they do not know, decided to get a 2nd opinion from Prioty AC who determined the issue was the motherboard whihc they replaced and the unit is working properly. Not sure these guys know what they are doing.
Sam Vargas and his team are as good as they come. Great customer service and priced right. Do yourself a favor and give them call.
As for everyone spending money on a new A/C unit, much less two is pretty painful. I’m a 3 to 5 quote kinda guy. These quotes went all the way up to $29,000. These guys came in at $14,000. I got TWO CARRIER 3 ton units installed with new furnaces, new supply and return plentums. Initially, I was a little worried because he came in so low, but they showed up with the equipment just a few days after the quote, installed everything in one day. My house has never been so cold. I would like to express my gratitude to Sam for saving the day. I was in the process of acquiring a new property in Seabrook, TX, and I was in search of a quote from a roofing and HVAC company. I had arranged for numerous companies to inspect the property, but they would cancel at the last minute as a result of Hurricane Byrle and emerging emergencies.
