Kym and Carmen are fantastic. The owner, Juanita is a penny pinching, micro managing beatch. I loved when Mark ran the place , upon walking in there was a very cool vibe. Now there’s is a tense vibe. I believe it is because Juanita tries to overhear conversations and intrudes on clients confidentiality. Almost to the point of Hippa violations. Bye Juanita ! Get out
I love using Express E-File for my tax preparation. I've been a customer since Mark and I love Juanita, Domingo, Carmen, and Kim at the front desk. They are extremely intelligent and feel like family to me. I would've given them 10 stars if I could.
