My car was totaled on Sept 6. It was devastating. I hadn't used Xpress since 2012, but when I called, Thomas found me in their system, provided a vehicle for me in a week--had to wait due to no inventory. Thomas was extremely helpful, courteous, communicative and responsive. I am so happy was able to do a monthly rental while my insurance took care of my car accident needs. I highly recommend Xpress Car Rental!
