I had a great experience at Xpress Car Care. I brought my 2022 Lexus in for a state inspection and diagnostic, and the service was fast, professional, and high quality. The office manager was very helpful and honest about what repairs I actually needed and what I didn’t. Instead of pushing expensive repairs, he even recommended checking manufacturer recalls first to help save money. I really appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and quick turnaround.
Came here for service they sold me a bad tire and refused to refund me even with a warranty they also did a emission test charged me but the emission failed so they lied on the paperwork these people are crooks please don’t go here
I’m sharing my personal experience so others can make informed decisions. On April 10, I brought my vehicle to Xpress Car Care where a camshaft sensor was installed and an oil change was completed. I was also advised that spark plugs would be needed. On April 13, I took my vehicle to another mechanic shop for warranty work. Their service records state that the camshaft sensor was faulty so it was removed and replaced, along with timing chain repairs. Since i found this spot I haven’t been in any tire shop any more but them , they have fast service, good quality and they honest , i been here 5 times already and never disappointed Mark hes really professional on what he do and so respectful as well i feel like ill be more safer to leave my car without worrying about it Thank your express car care for the beautiful service .
