Went here about a week ago to get my hair dyed. So disappointed. I asked for a cherry red color. Hair was dyed and looked nice when they were done. Not exactly the shade I wanted. It’s hasn’t even been two weeks and my hair has no ounce of red in it!
To all neighbors be careful with places like this, you go in for a $10 dolars hair cut as the sign said Tuesday and Wednesdays and end up paying double eventhough I asked they said that's just ro bring people in, meaning a false advertisement. They are a very bad on what they do they have a bad customer service with a awful actitud, so I definitely don't recommend them. This is in the corner Gilbert and Orangethorpe in Fullerton.
Booked Lashing appointment with Nayeli at 4pm at the same day for 6pm instead of 5pm. She confirmed the appointment, then didn’t answer any phone calls and replied my text when I arrived after spending 30minutes drive there. I arrived at 5:45pm and waited for her till 6:30pm, she never showed up. What a horrible experience!! This would be the worst customer service I ever had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER. Go some where and spend your money wisely!!
