Needed urgent repair and chose this shop. Check-in was quick but follow-up was lacking. No clear updates for hours. Had to adjust my schedule for pickup. Charges were higher than expected. Didn’t receive a detailed breakdown. Car still shows signs of the issue. Overall, not a great experience.
