Got my rear window replaced here and now it leaks every time it rains. The trim wasn’t even put back correctly — it’s loose and rattling. I went back to have them fix it, and they claimed it was “normal wear and tear.” Avoid this place if you want the job done right.
I went in to get a small crack repaired on my windshield. Not only did they overcharge me, but the crack spread just two days later! When I called to complain, the person on the phone was rude and dismissive, saying it wasn’t their fault. Terrible service and worse attitude.
My appointment was at 10:00 AM, but they didn’t even start on my car until nearly noon. No apology, no update, just left me sitting there. The final bill was way higher than the estimate, and they wouldn’t explain the charges. Very unprofessional.
After getting my front passenger window replaced here, I noticed scratches all over my door panel. Clearly done during installation. When I brought it up, they denied everything and refused to take responsibility. Now I have to pay someone else to fix their mess.
Had a great experience with this company. Great service and work for a great price.
