Customer service is poor! Whoever asnwered the phone has no manners. They asnwered with, What do you want?
***ALERT*** do not buy from them, you will not receive item especially if ordered off their website
These guys are terrible. Overpriced, rude and never respond to any emails at all. Downies the lot of them
Overpriced! Clearly the person in the parts section is spouting off prices without doing their research on what market value is on the part. Luckily I had done my research on the part I needed. The parts sales person offered me the second hand part from a wrecked vehicle for the same price as a brand new part. And when I pulled him up on his price, he hung up! I would avoid this place unless you’re a truely desperate, even then do your research on pricing.
Drove 30 minutes to get to the place which showed open,got there and was not open
