We had our 2005 FORD Excursion worked on in Utah at a ford dealership and not 1500 miles away on our way home it quit right in front of this shop as we were headed to a ford dealership close because it wasn’t running right. We had them do diagnostics on it and they shared info…what was supposedly fixed was not working correctly. We were visiting from Colorado and traveling from Nacogdoches to Sherman in our motorhome. About an hour South of Tyler our Mercedes Sprinter showed a fault light and displayed “10 more starts”. We were stuck having nowhere to spend the night and knowing that it can be hard to find someone that would work on a Sprinter let alone an RV. They are very efficient and professional! They dropped me off and picked me up at my work while my car was being serviced and i got a brake job, Radiator flush and Tune up done the same day! I highly recommend using them for vehicle service.
Rip off shop! Charged about $600 just to come to say that the belt snapped off and AC compressor is bad, the thing that we told them from the beginning over the phone. $160 for the call + mileage, +2h minimum labor (that does not include any labor at all, this wasn’t explained that the 2h min fee doesn’t include any labor). Also same parts we found at the store, they will add like 30% on top of them to go pick them up on the time that you are still paying for it.
