Patti was very helpful in December when I spent $2080 on a topper and 3 rows for my post cancer balding. I went back twice in January for tightening, once in February and was supposed to go back in March. I had a piece come undone and asked if she could give a quick stitch to hold it until my appointment and she didn’t have time. I went elsewhere as the topper wasn’t sewn on right, and got them to help knowing I had my upcoming appt with her and she cancelled on me with the note below.
