Kim at XPOLICE Barrie was absolutely amazing. Not only did she help me out of my ticket, but she didn't make me feel silly for my questions, didn't judge me and was super helpful and supportive. Whole team is so friendly, easy to work with and such an easy process I honestly didn't lift a finger. They kept me updated and only reached out when need be.
