Beware of the dishonest people in charge at XPO Logistic.. Choose another company for your freight. They brought us a damage shipment and then told me that I was not allowed to indicate the non conformity on the BOL. Saying that I had to accept the delivery just as is. I'm not even sure this is legal...?? Basically, XPO is just another company managed by peoples who cannot handle their responsibilities...

Was supposed to get our delivery between 3:30 and 7:30 today (day before Thanksgiving). It's 8 pm and I called the customer service, which is in the Philippines and she said they are still coming. Good luck if you're stuck with this as your 3rd party delivery service and you didn't get a choice. Also be prepared to not be able to understand whomever you talk to in another country.
By far the worst logistics company ever. They’ve rescheduled my appliances delivery twice and now onto the 3rd reschedule they were supposed to deliver between 3pm-7pm here we are 9pm on a Saturday night still nothing. They are supposedly still in route. Unbelievable. Avoid this company if you can.
