"Overpriced and Not Worth It - Very Disappointed with XPO Freight" I used XPO Freight expecting a premium service, but all I got was a hefty bill and poor value. Their pricing is way above industry standards, and there's no transparency in the quote process. Avoid this company .. ever !
Had a 2:00 appointment and arrived at 1:40. Put me in a dock and it is 3:45 and they haven’t touched me and they will not come to the door to tell me what the problem is.
It's now GXO. They use docks 1-8. Check in at office. Unloading was fast.
