Delivered a Peleton and the service was excellent. They were on time, professional, and quick. They assembled the Peleton and began the start up procedure.

Ikea used them to deliver furniture. They showed up and unloaded the shipment and had to wait 15 minutes, when we arrived to receive shipment they refused to deliver and loaded back into truck and left. Ikea sent them a second time and they were at the wrong building and complaining no one was there to receive shipment. Terrible service all around.

Excellent customer service with great response times. When they tell you they will call you back - they actually do. I had an inquiry about an international shipment that was being held at customs. Qazi returned my call within an hour with all of the information I needed to get my shipment moving. I am not sure what else you can expect from a logistics company - XPO is top notch.

Zero stars! Absolutely horrible service all the way down the chain. Given zero communication on my delivery when I contacted the company I ordered through I finally got a call giving me ten minutes to be home for my package. I told the dispatcher and driver it would take me thirty minutes to get home but I’d be there. They weren’t willing to even wait after they didn’t provide a delivery window.
