Called me on Feb 20th to schedule delivery for the 27th. No call, no show, didn't answer the phone. After a week of trying to get in contact with someone, they want to reschedule for 1 to 2 weeks out. So now the item will be 2-3 weeks late and I'm the bad guy. Everyone that I talked to told me there was nothing they could do so now the items will arrive 2 weeks after the date they were needed. I ordered a clothes dryer from Home Depot and they sent XPO Logistics for delivery and installation. Immediately I was told they were not going to be able to install it because the dryer vent went up the wall and lead outside. They stated I needed hard duct work installed that they would then install the flexible dryer vent hose to. Somehow or other, they do not anticipate that not all houses are set up the same and will only install and guarantee one size and style of duct.
