I don't know how to give zero stars because I would. Been over 48 hrs for my product to go back to their hub to be able to reschedule a delivery they screwed up. How does a product not make it back to the hub after 48hrs? Because you are lying and suck.

Our item was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago and it wasn’t. When I called that day after they did NOT call to inform me of issues, they said they would need to reschedule due to shipment issues. The day it was rescheduled for there was also no delivery so I called and they said again it was sent to the wrong place and they would call me to reschedule. They did NOT call either times to tell me of the issues and now I am supposed to believe they will call me to schedule again. We are a working household who cannot be here ... read more
