Worst company ever don't work for these people you will regret it
They are going downhill compared to other companies. Their new management won’t make drivers busy because they are outsourcing loads to third party companies instead of keeping their RXO and XPO drivers busy. Also dispatchers give loads to their favorite drivers only and it doesn’t matter at what position you are at. They don’t follow the rules and code of conduct as stated in contract. I was a driver for there owners I got cheated on my pay there are still 2 owners I have drive for XPO Expediting owe me my pay never did pay me I was out of $2,900 dollars because they have bad owners to drive for
