Delivery safely yes. Horrible with time. YES. They call and say they’ll be here in 15 min. 1 hour later. Still waiting.
Terrible company, please search for someone else. I recently worked with XPO for a freight delivery and experienced a significant delay due to a reported lift-gate failure. Communication was poor, updates were inconsistent, and this caused real disruption to my business operations. Just sharing my experience so other business owners know what to expect. If there was a 0 star option they would get 0 stars, 1 star gives them too much credit.
