Atrocious, from office personnel to the drivers. Unable to keep appointments they make, keep you on hold for a long time to hear a recording of a lady listing all the things that XPO does not do but would like to. Things like, being on time, good customer service and care for your freight. It’s too bad that this is way too difficult for them. They should probably close their business and leave it to the professionals.
Worst experience I have ever had with a delivery. I would give zero stars if it was an option.
Worst company ever. Rude, no respect, don’t deliver on time or day. Bunch of liers.
I spent the entire day there doing a double and triple road test etc. I am a female trucker. I did not fail my test, neither did I rush on anything because I have never driven them but I have all my endorsements to be qualified plus 5 and half year experience driving trucks semi tractor trailers. This warehouse is an all men trucking site. They do not hire woman on less your working behind a desk. They don’t believe in women being dominant or strong enough like a man.
