The absolute worst experience ever! I give them zero stars. After confirming delivery to us on a Saturday morning we waited and waited and waited for the delivery to take place. After calling multiple times (the phone remained unanswered) we left our place of business at 4:00pm. At 4:18pm we received a message that they want to deliver our 94 cartons. Residential drop off of an engine. The driver was helpful in getting the engine where I needed it up the driveway. The engine arrived with no damage.
Seller made a mistake in their documentation. XPO went beyond obligations and met seller over promising. good customer service
Absolute worst drivers and from other reviews I am amazed these people don’t hire more credible and actual good drivers. Driver driving i25 to powers around 4oclock today was an absolute danger on the road. Saw them cut 2 different cars off and speed through a red light in a school zone. They need to not be driving any sort of vehicle period. The way they drive, they 100% WILL kill somebody.
XPO I believe is very good shipper. Make sure your paperwork is correct. See if other vendors may be a better choice. This location never delivered what was promised and was nothing but confusing communication between drivers and dispatcher. Respectfully their drivers called and checked and verified. They honestly work hard and good people representing this company. I am good to leave the chance that maybe I was just 1% on my situation.
