XPO I believe is very good shipper. Make sure your paperwork is correct. See if other vendors may be a better choice. This location never delivered what was promised and was nothing but confusing communication between drivers and dispatcher. Respectfully their drivers called and checked and verified. They honestly work hard and good people representing this company. I am good to leave the chance that maybe I was just 1% on my situation. They were great at getting my package ready to go
This company is the worst a driver Dan hits my car parked in the work parking lot the leaves the seen denied that he hit my car until I showed him a video of him ripping my bumper off. Then after calling the company the send the driver back so I can get there information. One of this company's drivers backed into my husband's car. The driver refused fault for it and left the scene. It was only after we threatened to get the police involved that they sent the driver back to give his info. It has now been a month and a half and their insurance company won't answer any calls from us or the auto body shop to give approval for the repairs. We are now looking to get a lawyer involved.
