Awful company ! X 3 experiences , worse every time. This is my 3rd experience, last was a few years ago, I thought maybe their workers were new and not trained properly that maybe they would have their company Together by now. But no , their customer service is still terrible and their manager shouldn’t be allowed to answer the phone! Delivery tech was super nice. Called me 10 min before his arrival. Helped me move a 180lb generator to my elevator. Told me to have a good day. What more can you ask for in people?
