Delivery tech was super nice. Called me 10 min before his arrival. Helped me move a 180lb generator to my elevator. Told me to have a good day. What more can you ask for in people?
They showed up 3 hours early with no notice they were going to be early. They called me when they were at the door and told me I had 20 minutes to get there or I had to reschedule. The rude driver told me the delivery windows given from costco are not accurate and they called me in the morning to tell me they would be early... even though THERE WAS 0 PHONE CALL FROM THEM IN THE AM. to top it all off, they called costco and LIED TO THEM saying they spoke to me and I stated I couldn't be there during my scheduled delivery time... read more
