I joined Xplosive Fit 3 weeks ago for their 6 weeks challenge, in this short time not only I start to loss weight, the most important part I lost body fat and gain more muscle. Cache Rod along with other coaches are very helpful, knowledgeable and always available to answer my questions. I am very happy and I think I will continue going their even after I finish my challenge. Thanks team Xplosive Fix .

I just loved Xpolsive Fit! The team were all super nice and hardworking! Its environment had so much positive energy and the participates were awesome! I got benefited greatly by joining the 6 week challenge as it helped me make the work out a part of my daily routine!
