Took my daughter here yesterday and this place is a hidden gem. The price itself was remarkable $20 for all day practically. Food court was great and prices reasonable which even included adult beverages. Staff here were friendly and helpful with all the activities even assisting the children. Along with all this, it was very clean inside as the staff was vacuuming the carpet throughout the day. Will return soon.
Why are you under staffed in the Summer when school is out? Stood at the counter for not sure how long before being acknowledged and watched a number of people at the counter just waiting for someone...anyone... hello??? get a bell at least 🙄
My grandson is 3 he had the best time today. The staff is wonderful the activities were spectacular they actually have a mini Zip Line !! Play area is SAFE. One note remember to bring or wear socks no shoes in the play area.
My daughter loves this place and the young workers are all great with the kids but the old manager shouldn’t be around children and needs to learn how to respect people. He was yelling at the top of his lungs for a minute straight with a full house of kids. NO GOOD!
