I did a LOI for the property on North Anthony on April 2nd after waiting two week because of what I was told was spring break. I had no answer so I followed up with Neal. At that point he had gotten back LOI with a little bit different terms however I agreed to them.. I checked back on lease status. I was told it was being delayed due to owners possible selling so two weeks later I corresponded back asking if their was an answer?
